Our client in the Pinetown area is recruiting for a Dynamic Key Account Manager, to manage existing key retail accounts across several Group Clients.
Create strong and sustainable new Customer relationships with key Retail clients, both at a buyer and Strategic Board level.
Management of Sales Budgets and YTD Forecasts per client, in line with the Strategic Intent of the Group Budget.
Reporting of Sales figures to EXCO on a weekly basis
Management of Margins for each customer in line with their Trading Terms and the Company budget requirement.
Cost Quotations on all products, both internationally and locally manufactured and management of Price increases required by the business.
Stock control and management of Orders placed (replenishment and new items) by clients and control of orders placed on Local or international Factories to ensure On-Time and In-full delivery.
Consistent New Product innovation and Suggestion to clients, following international trends and presentations of these trends on relevant products/presentations.
Fulfillment of Product briefs by client from the product design phase, to the implementation of Sample development and delivery to customers as per their requirement.
This includes Imported and local Sample development.
Organize, setup and present Physical samples at Product presentations or customer shows.
Management of all product queries related to the client and communication of product changes/updates to the factory.
Fabrication development and updates – this includes management of exclusive artworks for clients, from brief, strike-offs and delivery of bulk.
Continually seeking to improve Customer Base diversification by seeking new clients both in South Africa and internationally.
Sourcing and Managing all Fabrics associated with our manufacture either locally or internationally.
Local and international Travel will be required as and when the company or clients require.
