Key Responsibilities Assist with daily mine operations while strictly following safety protocols to ensure a secure workplace. Perform general labor duties such as shoveling, lifting, and transporting materials as required. Support maintenance by reporting equipment issues and assisting technicians when needed. Participate actively in team meetings for daily objectives and safety briefings to maintain clear communication. Engage in training programs to improve mining-related skills and knowledge. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to comply with environmental and safety standards. Collaborate across departments to uphold operational efficiency and quality standards. Required and Preferred Qualifications Education: Grade 10/12 certification is mandatory. Skills: Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential. Experience: Prior mining or industrial experience is advantageous but not required. Certifications: Safety training certifications related to mining operations are a plus.
